Email vouchers are sent immediately to your customers. There are no charges for email delivery and the emails appear to be coming from your business, with a personalised header for the recipient. The customer may choose to print their voucher, or show it on their phone or other mobile device when they arrive at your venue.
Postal vouchers are beautifully packaged in a luxury GF Smith presentation gift envelope (with multiple colour options available to suit your brand) and packaged inside a hardback envelope to keep the voucher pristine whilst in transit.
Customers pay an additional postage and packaging fee of £4.95 on top of the cost of the gift voucher; you receive the money for the postage and packaging fee (because we issue total voucher revenue directly to you from the point-of-sale) but we handle all fulfillment and invoice you monthly for all postage and packaging fees from the preceding month.
All physical vouchers are dispatched ‘same-day’ if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm, or during weekends or bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.
Vouchable will create a customised, branded voucher template for your email and physical vouchers. Unless providing your own gift voucher stock, we will use the same artwork for email vouchers and printed vouchers to maintain brand consistency and to make your staff’s lives easier when accepting/dealing with gift vouchers on-site.
If you would prefer to supply your own gift vouchers and/or gift wallets, Vouchable will store any stock free of charge and handle all postal fulfilment as normal.
